Coastal Housing (collectively referred to in this Privacy Statement as "We") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by subscribers of our web site, registrants for our events and recipients of our email updates. We created this policy with a fundamental respect for our subscribers’ right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our subscribers.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We may collect email addresses and other information about visitors when it is submitted voluntarily to the website. In this section of our Privacy Statement, we describe the type of information we collect and how we use it to provide better services to our subscribers.

E-mail updates
If users wish to subscribe to our e-mail updates, we ask for contact information such as name, company name, phone number, e-mail address. Recipients of our updates can unsubscribe by e-mailing a request to unsubscribe to admin@coastalhousing.org. We may also use the information provided to send emails or other mailings informing our subscribers of important public hearings, other events or ways to be involved. WITH WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS SHARED
We do not sell or otherwise disclose the subscriber information outside the organization.

SECURITY
We use reasonable precautions to protect our subscribers' personal information and to store it securely. In addition, access to all of our subscribers' information is restricted.
